Requirements

  • Require good wifi internet signal. (Public free WiFi internet is not recommended).
  • Internet-enabled mobile phones or mobile devices.
  • Kitchen+ APP


APP Installation

  • Download and install Kitchen+ to mobile device
  • Open APP, select a region, register an account with a mobile phone number


Add device

  • Open Kitchen+ APP and login
  • Click to add a device and follow the steps to complete the device connection to the Internet.
  • Please go to mobile device notification settings and turn on permission for notification.


Share Device

  • Open Kitchen+ APP and choose device
  • Click the 3-dot icon in the upper right corner, select Shared Device - Add Share
  • Enter the registered account info, press OK
  • Please note that device master and shareees must be registered in the same region


Remove Device

Master Account

  • Open Kitchen+ APP and choose device
  • Click the 3-dot icon in the upper right corner, select Remove Device, select OK
  • Orange light will blink on WiFi host device
  • Please note that it will also remove all shared accounts for this device, please use with caution

Remove Sharing

  • Open Kitchen+ APP and choose device
  • Click the 3-dot icon in the upper right corner, select Shared Device
  • Select account, hold for 3 seconds, select Delete

Shared Account

  • Open Kitchen+ APP and choose device
  • Click the 3-dot icon in the upper right corner, select Remove Sharing, select OK

Reset WIFI Host Device

  • Press and hold reset button for at least 5 seconds
  • Orange light will blink
  • Please note that it will also remove all shared accounts for this device, please use with caution


Stove Use

  • First press the supplied wireless button to turn on the gas supply. At this moment, the gas valve will remain open for 30 minutes. If the stove is not turned on during this time, the gas valve will be shut off when time up. If you start the stove before the time up, it will be reset to another 30 minutes cooking time limit.
  • To extend the cooking time, such as stew or simmer, please use the kitchen+ APP's timer function. Click the BLUE gas icon to set the timer and click OK. It can be prolonged up to 24 hours to automatically shut off the gas supply.
  • When cooking, you can also restart the 30 minutes time limit by pressing the supplied wireless button.


Timer

  • Open Kitchen+ APP and choose device
  • Click the BLUE gas icon to set the timer and click OK.
  • Please note that due to the different sources of gas supply, there is a slight chance that the gas sensor will not function when the stove turns down to the minimum. That means, in your mobile devices, the Gray gas icon will not turn Blue even when the stove is on, and this will cause Timer unusable. However, the 30 minutes cooking time limit is still counting once you turn on stove.


Remote Control

Shut off gas supply

  • Open Kitchen+ APP and choose device
  • Click the BLUE gas icon and click "Shut off the gas valve". The gas icon becomes GRAY.

Turn on gas supply

  • For safety reason, you can’t turn on gas supply remotely.

Shut off water supply

  • Open Kitchen+ APP and choose device
  • Simply click the BLUE water icon and the water icon will become GRAY.

Turn on water supply

  • Open Kitchen+ APP and choose device
  • Simply click the GRAY water icon and the water icon will become BLUE.


Live Status

Gas

  • Open the Kitchen+ App and click your connected service to instantly monitor the live status.
  • In casae of gas leaking emergency: automatically cuts off gas, and continues to send notification every three minutes until the situation is lifted. The gas icon will become RED.

Water

  • Open the Kitchen+ App and click your connected service to instantly monitor the live status.
  • In casae of water leaking emergency: automatic shutoff of water supply, and continues to send notification every three minutes until the situation is lifted. The water icon will become RED.
  • For safety reason, the water valve needs to be turned on either through Kitchen+ app or manually after the water leakage situation is resolved. To Manually turn on the water valve, simply replug the signal cable or power line from the water control device.


Troubleshooting

Gas

  • In case of gas leaking emergency, check the gas supply line for leakage at the front and back of the gas control device under the stove.
  • When the wireless button is out of battery, you can manually press the start button from the gas control device under the stove.
  • When the wireless button is out of battery, remove the back screw and replace three of CR2016 batteries.
  • If the wireless button and the stove are working properly but can not turn on the stove, please check the BLUE light of the gas control device under the stove is on or not. If the BLUE light is on, please check the original source of gas supply. If not, manually press the start button from the gas control device to turn on the gas supply. If stove still can't function, please contact maintenance staff.

Water

  • In casae of water leaking emergency, the water valve needs to be turned on either through Kitchen+ app or manually after the water leakage situation is resolved. To Manually turn on the water valve, simply replug the signal cable or power line from the water control device.

Precautions

  • The Kitchen+ system is to provide an extra safety protection when using gas. Do not use this system as the main tool for shutting off gas supply during normal cooking. Users must pay attention to other gas safety measures at the same time.
  • When leaving the house, please make sure the gas is turned off.
  • This system needs to operate in a good WiFi signal environment.
  • This system cannot operate during a power outage. When the power is restored, the system is immediately restarted.
  • Under normal operation, please notify the maintenance staff immediately if it is impossible to turn off the gas supply.
  • This system should be tested regularly (at least once a week) to ensure proper operation.
  • The WiFi, gas and water control devices should be within 10 meters range, and any obstacles affecting signal transmission during this period should be excluded.
  • The devices shall not be disassembled, and will lost warranty once it has been disassembled or modified.
  • This system must be installed by authorized professional to ensure proper installation. After the installation, related tests are required to ensure safety.
